I was up before the sun and in Geneva before the fog even cleared out. That's also when the cold hit me! My stupid phone application mislead me and indicated a whopping 9°C instead of the -9°C that awaited me at the airport. So I had to suffer all day. Two good things: I was wearing my UGGs and I have enough layers of fat to resist this kind of weather. A hat and gloves however wouldn't have been a luxury. And because my meeting is only tomorrow morning, I had a day to kill. After eating half a chicken (each!) with my ex-colleagues, I strolled. In and out shops to stay as warm as possible. That's when you get lucky: I stumbled upon a small but cute exhibition of antique jewellery, from a few centuries before Christ; Greek and Roman pieces mainly... gorgeous! The exhibition runs until end of April 2014 (for those who are going to drop some money in Geneva ;-) ). And the same gallery owners are coming to.... Tour & Taxis Belgium with another collection of items by the end of January 2014... The world is such a small place. Coincidences like this make me happy!
